If you wish to check the pickup point that was chosen by your customer, please follow the steps below:

Open the <a href="https://admin.shopify.com/orders" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Orders</a> menu

In the Additional Details section on the right side, you could confirm the pickup point

1. Open the <a href="https://admin.shopify.com/orders" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Orders</a> menu
2. Click on the order you wish to check
3. In the Additional Details section on the right side, you could confirm the pickup point

In your Shopify admin, open the Digiloop Pickup &amp; Delivery app

The Shipment Information on the right contains the details of the pickup point

1. In your Shopify admin, open the Digiloop Pickup &amp; Delivery app
2. Open the Orders menu under the app
3. Click on the order you wish to check
4. The Shipment Information on the right contains the details of the pickup point
