Digiloop Pickup & Delivery could be used to give your customers the possibility to choose from a list of nearby pickup points or to choose one from an interactvie map.
The orders placed with the use of Digiloop Pickup & Delivery's features contain all necessary information to work with Webshippy/Ilogistic/Boxy/Pactic fulfillment services.
Once you receive an order, it will be found in your store admin under the Digiloop Pickup & Delivery app.
Please note that you should not forward the order to your Shipping Providers from our application, but take care of doing so on your Fulfillment Service Providers' end.
Should your customer choose a pickup point for the order, our app will add the address to the Additional Details part in Shopify for the order. From this point on, your fulfillment service should be able to read the information and take care of the shipping.
If home delivery was chosen, the Aditional Details will not be filled, thus the shipping address will be used by fulfillment service provider.
When using the application with fulfillment services, only the pickup point orders will be counted in the plan at Digiloop Pickup & Delivery.
