What to do if I have changed my Shipping Rates that are used by Digiloop Pickup & Delivery?

During the initial setup of Digiloop Pickup & Delivery, you are asked to choose an already existing shipping rate or create a new one.

In case you change the Shipping Rate's name at a later time, please make sure to save it again in the Digiloop Pickup & Delivery app.

For the home delivery shipping rates, you need to save the new name under the Shipping Providers menu and then in the Home Delivery submenu for your shipping provider.

In case you changed the name of the pickup point's shipping rate, please open the Shipping Zones and Rates, then the Shipping rates submenu. Here, click on Save to confirm the new name of the shipping rate you edited.
