Once you receive one or more orders, you would need to forward them to your shipping providers in order to have them pick up your parcels and deliver them to your customers.

In order to do so, go to your Shopify admin page and open the Orders menu under the Digiloop Pickup & Delivery app.

Here you can check all your orders here that have been placed by using our application's solutions as well as forward them to your Shipping Providers.

Forwarding the orders one by one

  1. Choose the shipping provider in the upper left corner whose orders you wish to see and manage.

    1. You can always use the filters to see the orders you are looking for.

      1. Eg:. See only the unfulfilled orders

  2. Cick on the order's ID you wish to forward to your shipping provider. This will open the order's details page.

  3. Click on "Actions" in the upper right corner and choose "Create Shipping Label"

    1. This will send your order to the shipping provider as well as add the respective tracking number.

      1. If you are working with MPL as the Shipping Provider, make sure to close the shipments by clicking on Actions -> Close Shipment

        1. Once done, you can print the shipping notes by clicking on Actions -> Print Shipping notes.

    2. Additionally, the order will be set to Fulfilled, therefore, based on your store's settings, the tracking number should be sent out to your customer as well.

  4. You can print the shipping label by clicking on Actions->Print Shipping Label.

  5. Have the package ready for shipping and handle it over to the courier.
