Shopify Carrier-Calculated Shipping

Third-Party Carrier-Calculated Shipping (CCS) is a Shopify feature necessary to use Digiloop Pickup & Delivery's "Checkout display" integration.

The "Interactive map display" integrates to the Cart page, therefore it is not mandatory to have CCS enabled in your Shopify store.

How to get CCS?

From January 2023 Shopify does not offer CCS to stores on the Shopify Starter or Basic plans. Read more about it HERE.

Ways to get CCS enabled in your Shopify store*:

  1. Switch to annual billing with Shopify

    1. Shopify offers CCS in all plans above their Basic plan if you switch to annual billing

  2. Subscribe to Shopify Advanced or Plus plan

    1. The Advanced and Plus plans at Shopify contain the CSS feature without additional costs.

  3. Pay a monthly fee for CSS

    1. If the first two options do not seem plausible, you can always get in touch with Shopify support to have the feature enabled for a 20$ monthly fee.

Please note that to activate the third-party carrier-calculated shipping, your store needs to be on the Advanced or Plus plan. If you're on the Shopify plan, then you can add this feature for a monthly fee or switch from monthly to yearly billing. For more information, contact Shopify Support.

*Due to potential updates or changes by Shopify, it is advisable to check for the latest information directly from Shopify's official sources for the most accurate and up-to-date details.
