How to change the package point address for orders

You can redirect a package point order to a different location within the same provider

One of the most important features in the Digiloop app is the ability for customers to deliver their order to package points.

If a customer requests the order to be sent to a different package point you can edit the order in your order settings to redirect the package to be sent to a different package point.

Important: Customers are only able to modify their orders before the order is fulfilled, as after generating the label for the order no changes can be made.

To make a change on the package point follow the steps below:


1. Click on the Shopify -> Orders section

2. Go to the order you would like to modify

3. Click on the "More actions" button on the top right

4. Click on "Add/edit pickup point"

5. You will see the provider the customer selected, below you can find a search bar where you can type in a new address.

6. Select the new pickup point.

7. Confirm changes.
